Welcome Message from General Chair

The 23rd International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2015) will be held in Split - Bol (Island of Brac).

Bol is situated on the southern part of the island Brac, and is the oldest town on the coast of Brac. This little town was founded long ago and became an extraordinary tourist oasis because of the wide gravel and sandy beaches which expands over 10 km and the sources of drinking water. It is not possible to avoid the Zlatni rat, certainly the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic sea, whose cape is turning one moment to one side and the other moment to the other side playing a strange game with the wind and the waves.

The luxury Bluesun Elaphusa Hotel is rich in activities and services that include summer holidays, wellness and conference organisation, as well as many other sports activities. Elaphusa Hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of a true Croatian landmark – the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni rat.

This forever young city with the population of about 200,000 that give it its warm Mediterranean temper, has lived its urban rhythm for as long as 1700 years, with its heart in the Diocletian Palace and its soul widespread to embrace you.

The second-largest city in Croatia, Split (Spalato in Italian) is a great place to see Dalmatian life as it’s really lived. Always buzzing, this exuberant city has just the right balance of tradition and modernity. Step inside Diocletian’s Palace (a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments) and you’ll see dozens of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old walls where Split life has been going on for thousands of years.
