Paper considered for the student prize has to be predominantly the work of the student. Co-authored paper is eligible if the first author is/was a student at the time of submitting a paper. To enter the competition for the Best Student Paper Award the author must send an e-mail to the Nominating Committee Chair Prof. Vesna Roje by the 8th of September 2013, quoting the institution at which she/he is studding and the name of the advisor. The student papers will be subject to the same review process as regular papers and will be presented in the regular sessions. According to the ratings supplied by the reviewers the list of nominated papers will be formed. Based on the submitted paper review ratings and the presentation given by the student the Best Student Paper will be selected and the winner(s) will be officially announced at the Conference lunch.
