Four-day trip
includes accomodation and meals from October 10 (Split) starting
with lunch to October 14 (Split) ending with breakfast.
Three- day trip
includes accomodation and meals from October 10 (Split) starting
with lunch to October 13 (Venice) ending with dinner.
Participants who are comming by car can aboard car during Conference for free.
Information for authors/speakers
A computer (MS PowerPoint, Adobe
Acrobat, CDROM) and LCD projector will be provided in each session room in order
for authors to make PowerPoint presentations (all files must be formatted for
PC). An overhead projector (for transparencies) will also be provided as a back
up. It is advisable to make transparencies of your presentation as a back up in
case there is any equipment failure.
On the day of your presentation, please report to your assigned room 15 minutes
before the session is scheduled to begin. Introduce yourself to the Session
Chair, and check that any audio/visual equipment you need to use is setup and
working properly. If you are using PowerPoint for your presentation, please load
your presentation onto the hard drive so that the transition between
presentations is smooth.
Available time for paper presentation is 15 min.
VISA Information
SoftCOM Conference will be held in Croatia and Italy. It means that (if needed) you will have to obtain VISA for both countries. SoftCOM can provide invitation letter for attendees who are the author/presenter of an accepted paper or for attendees who have paid registration fee.
